A quick little background.....My name is, Ashley, and I was born and raised in the small southwestern gulf town of Punta Gorda, Florida. My wonderful husband, Russell, was also born and raised in the adjacent town. In 2007, we met through mutual friends and quickly fell in love ♥. We were married by August 2007 and expecting our first son by January. Our beautiful bouncing baby boy, Lil' Russell, was born September 8, 2008. In 2009 we moved to Chapel Hill, NC where Russell has been attending the University of North Carolina. We had our beautiful baby girl, Rylee, on March 6, 2010.
Presently...Our dream is to move and settle in Alaska, the Last Frontier. Particularly, the south central region/Kenai Peninsula. We are working towards this amazing dream and actually making it our reality. Our plan is to be moved by the Spring of 2014. We are both vigorously searching for jobs and researching the best area's for the kids to attend school. It is so beautiful there with so many opportunities for growth in every aspect of our lives and we can not wait to make this dream of ours come true.
I have started and created this blog to document this amazing adventure we are going on. I hope others enjoy and support, and offer advice.
