First Glacier Trip

On Sunday we decided to take a little family trip to the Portage and Byron Glaciers which are the closest ones you can get to from Anchorage.  I really had no idea what a Glacier looked like and was completely oblivious to what I was even looking for which is obvious in the video LOL.  But we had a great time checking it out and having a little adventure.  The kids were pooped by the time we got back to the hotel, as well as, mommy and daddy ;)  And, of course I video documented our expedition.

The Move

Well, I have been slacking on my blog posts but that is because I have been very busy planning our move!!  On February 23rd, we arrived safely and happily in Anchorage, Alaska by way of aircraft :)  It was an extremely long trip with a few hiccups along the way with the airlines and weather, nonetheless we have made it unscathed ;)  Along the way, I took some videos of our experience and have compiled them into one.  All in all, we are thankful and blessed to be here and achieving the goals we set for ourselves.  We have a lot to do still to get settled in, but things are coming along.
